Visitor passes that work
A one-time code or QR sent ahead of the guest. The gate confirms it in seconds — no gate-pass books, no arguments at the barrier.
Plate capture at the gate
Guards capture a number plate and the vehicle is logged against that visit, with the time it came in and the time it left.
Paid parking, end to end
Tariffs, a pay point away from the barrier, an exit window, overstay penalties and a spreadsheet export. Every amount is worked out on the server — never on the phone holding it.
Screens that update themselves
A vehicle or visitor checked in at the gate appears on an open office screen in about four seconds, with nobody pressing refresh.
Money, tracked properly
Charges per unit, payments recorded, and a running picture of who has paid, part-paid or is owing. The ledger is append-only — corrections are new entries, never quiet edits.
